#24 a little blackout doesn't stop cake eating!

For once a lazy Saturday!  After running 4 miles this morning...I decided to come back and spend sometime in bed reading with coffee...perfect....

while the superheroes played nicely with Legos!  {Ellie went back and forth playing with the boys and playing babies.}

That was pretty much our morning.  Then this afternoon we headed to a friend's 5th birthday party!  The kiddos had lots of fun bouncing...

then the power went off during a storm that just blew in

!!  It was a little dark, but we still had cake and Popsicles by the light of lots of smart phones ;).  The kiddos had fun and didn't see the blackout as a set back at all and that party will probably be pretty unforgettable :).

I ended the day with a little helper in the kitchen for dinner!
