2 superheroes & a princess: #57 & #58 bowling & swimming

Yesterday we had "Take a Trip Thursday" to the bowling alley! The superheroes & princess had never been bowling before and I thought it would be the perfect chance to go during the free bowling for kids summer program! Of course with friends everything is so much more fun! Avery had a blast bowling and was pretty good at putting his fingers in the hole correctly. Evan enjoyed getting the balls from the ball feeder {whatever that thing is called} and handing them to his friends.....but that is ALL he wanted to do. He wouldn't even put on his bowling shoes....oh well he still enjoyed himself and Avery enjoyed the chance of going twice since he got to bowl for Evan too. Ellie also loved rolling the ball down the lane and giving big high fives after. She was a very excited little girl!

Then after one game....that lasted an hour and a half {who knew bowling games were so LONG}....we decided to hit the road while everyone was still happy. Avery says he wants to go back again!

We wrapped up our Thursday with a cookout with Ryan's group from work. The kiddos spent most of the night jumping on their trampoline...I think a trampoline needs to be in our future!
