day 8 & 9 of {love}

day 8 of {love}

"I would love a card from you!"

Day 8 was had another little change in the schedule.  The original plan was to use a celery to make stamps on to cards, but the celery was forgotten in all the craziness this week.  Instead I put to use some heart stickers I had purchased, but kind of forgotten about to use on the cards.  Just as fun for the kiddos!

The boys were all about just organizing and grouping their hearts on the paper by color...oh boys ;).

Ellie, on the other hand, wanted to make hers pretty :).

Saturday also brought...

Some basketball.  Avery is getting good on defense and the Heat played another awesome game!

Some playtime in the snow.

Some eating carrots.  Ryan told Evan he needed to eat 10 more carrots before having another piece of pizza {thinking that it would never happen}...well Evan showed him {he might have been complaining about a belly ache later ;)}.

And a little dance party.

"You're il-loom-inating"

Today I used the kids recent love for the Rainbow Loom bracelets to plan a Valentine's activity.  The kids and I worked on making a new to us type bracelets today.  A nice, easy activity to do together.
