Our 10,000 inches of snow {yes it felt like that much} is FINALLY starting to melt! We can actually see some grass again. Hooray! Now everything is a soggy mess, but it didn't keep us from having a playdate at the park this morning with friends! We needed to get out of the house!!!
We swung!
We attempted to get drinks from water fountains that were still off from the winter...
We played with the FINAL snow {yes this has to be the final snow for the season...I can't take anymore}!
We collected "magic beans".
We were just happy to be outside in the sun!
So now we are dreaming of spring and all the fun that will come with it. Like:
* spending afternoons outside in the sun
* riding bikes
* going to the park
* playing with sidewalk chalk
* blowing bubbles
* flying kites
* trips to the zoo
* visiting Deanna Rose Farmstead
* exploring on nature walks
* planting our vegetable garden
* building sand castles
* collecting bugs {and finding the turtle that Evan is obsessed with having ;)}
* splashing in water puddles
Oh springtime please get here quickly!!
